No. Data flow is only counted for records that sync to the cloud. Local-only operations (billing, stock views, reports) have no cost. Only the delta — what changed and needs to be synced — is counted.
Data residency grows with your business history. The more invoices, products, and records you accumulate over time, the higher this grows. Enterprise tier has the lowest per-record cost for large catalogues.
AI scan charges are zero if you don't use the feature. It is entirely optional and only billed per actual use.
